This Chablis brought a smile to our faces at the last tasting. A recent addition to the Domaine de Marronniers range, it impressed us immediately with its perfect balance of power and finesse. Biodynamic viticulture in Chablis remains a rarity, but this wine showcases its full potential.

From the glass, bright citrus aromas mingle with the unmistakable chalky notes unique to only a few regions. Delicate floral hints, crisp apple, and a subtle touch of wood add to its complexity.

On the palate, it delivers precision and minerality with firm structure. A delicate creaminess and a whisper of vanilla enhance the mouthfeel, leading to a long, lingering finish.

Undoubtedly, this is a Chablis with character and excellent ageing potential. While wonderful on its own, it truly shines alongside fish, seafood, or rice dishes.
