This Don Román Cava Brut made from the little known Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grape varietals is characterised by its wonderfully balanced style. It's a sparkling wine made according to the traditional bottle fermentation method, with lots of tropical fruits and acid that harmoniously rounds it off. In summer, it's a great accompaniment to tapas and wonderful with seafood.
