Les Jamelles Organic LOW NAT Sauvignon Blanc 2023, 0,75 L

A new, very appealing organic white wine from this top winery which perfectly captures the spirit of the times.

100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes undergo a very specific process to make this wine. High yields with plenty of foliage prevent rapid and high sugar levels in the grapes. At the same time, however, the flavour and intensity of the fruit are retained. The early harvest and rapid, gentle ageing in stainless steel tanks also contribute to the low alcohol content of just 9.0% by volume.

LOW NAT = less sugar, less alcohol, fewer calories and unmatched taste.

Low Nat Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in colour and is very aromatic with clear varietal expression. On the nose, there are fresh notes of cut grass, green apple, citrus and passion fruit. This is reflected on the palate. Dry, light and juicy, with a mineral presence and a refreshing finish. Immediately calls for the next sip.

When chilled to around 8°C, it is not only a delight on hot days, but also suitable as an aperitif, with antipasti, salads with cream cheese, risotto or a poke bowl.
