ICE Impérial is not just any Demi Sec champagne. This is a pioneer of an entire beverage category - foaming summer drinks! A few years ago, people in France would have gotten bad looks if they had put ice cubes in a champagne glass. That changed abruptly with ICE Impérial!

The house of Moët & Chandon developed a champagne especially for special summer places such as St. Tropez, Ibiza or the beach clubs in Miami.

Demi Sec is very sweet, but the addition of ice and ideally a little lime and mint leaves make this champagne really awesome. It's extremely fruity, with notes of honey and exotic fruits and really comes into its own when ice-cold.

ICE Impérial is definitely a cult - if you look around, you can see that almost all champagne manufacturers and all sparkling wine producers have followed suit and offer similar products. They're often copied almost brazenly; the original remains the favourite.

Very rare, very popular and actually almost always sold out anyway.
