Description
A varietal representative from southern Burgenland with a touch of perfection. Uwe Schiefer gives his Blaufränkisch the time he needs. After 18 months in large oak barrels and subsequent bottle ageing, the tannins are beautifully polished and integrated. Bottled without fining and filtration.
This is a prime example of how Blaufränkisch from this region should taste. Dark berries, fully ripe, with delicate herbal spice and salty minerality. Exceptional!
Taste a master at work and get a lot of ready-to-drink wine for relatively little money. In addition, this is a universal food accompaniment that can be safely stored for eight years and more.
