Description
Sparkling wine made from Schilcher can be incredibly fine and elegant.
The Bauen Wildbacher grapes come from the Langegg vineyard and are harvested by hand in small crates. The style of wine was fermented in steel tanks and then allowed to mature in the bottle for 38 months. This long maturation period creates remarkable elegance and a very delicate tingling.
A delicate, light coloured rosé salmon in the glass. The nose and palate show aromas of dark, ripe berries and a hint of liquorice carried by a fresh breeze. Very fine mousseux with a delicate melt and stimulating acidity. Balanced and harmonious, the sparkling wine prances with tension into a long finish.
A wonderful aperitif, ideal as a prelude to any celebration or as an accompaniment to seafood or cheese.
