Description
The Weinviertel DAC Reserve from the "Hund" vineyard is the epitome of a high-quality Grüner Veltliner.
Only the best grapes are harvested in the vineyard, gently pressed and then matured 50% in large wooden barrels and 50% in steel tanks. The 2024 in particular is a vintage to remember.
Powerful and mineral, yet elegant in the glass. Fruity notes such as orange and pineapple meet clear spice. Rich body and dry with a delicate fruity flavour. Lingers on the finish and invites you to enjoy another glass.
A very versatile food companion. Pairs well with classic Viennese cuisine, hearty fare and Asian dishes. A great choice for a white wine, sure to find many fans.
