Allram Riesling Strass Kamptal DAC 2025, 0,75 L

A picture-perfect Riesling. Dry, not too strong, and elegantly balanced, with fine minerality and a juicy flavour. It pairs beautifully with fish and poultry.

The grapes for this still young wine come from several vineyards in the village of Strass. The soils are defined by a high proportion of primary rock, combined with loess and brown earth. These vineyards also contain an above-average amount of limestone, which gives the wine its distinctive minerality and pure character.

Delicate stone fruit aromas on the nose lead into a juicy and engaging palate. A subtle, pithy bite is supported by pronounced minerality and finishes with a long, refined aftertaste. Notes reminiscent of Tyrolean apricots come through. This is a classic, elegant Riesling that is ideal for warm days.
