In honour of the founder, Nazzareno, his son Stefano Polo presents his personal vision of the highest quality with this Prosecco every year.

To this end, only the finest grapes from the best vineyards are painstakingly selected and processed by hand each year. The selection is also guided by the soil types, to ensure that the perfect expression of sandy and limestone soils is captured in the bottle. For Andreola, this ‘Founder’s Label’ represents the ultimate expression of finesse and elegance that the Glera grape variety can achieve in Valdobbiadene.

A very harmonious sparkling wine with a pale yellow colour. The bubbles are very fine, delicate and almost creamy. Spring blossoms and hawthorn meet a hint of pear, apple, white peach and pastry. Every sip is full-bodied, rich and lingering, with a hearty finish. It’s a real treat for the palate without being overwhelming.

Perfect as an accompaniment to life’s special moments, or ideal paired with light fish and seafood dishes.
