Description
The Universo line is a tribute to Patagonia. Its vast landscapes are mirrored in the starry night sky—reminding us of our own smallness, the fleeting nature of life, and filling us with humility and wonder before the cosmos.
The Universo Blend is composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Malbec, matured for around 15 months in new French barriques. This combination brings both balance and character, resulting in a wine full of harmony and depth.
In the glass, it is dry and fresh, offering aromas of ripe plums, blackberries, and red fruits, accented by a touch of vanilla. Subtle spiciness and notes of toast and jam from the oak ageing add further complexity. On the palate, it is velvety and full-bodied, with layers of fruit preserves, spice, and gentle toasted wood. The finish is long, savoury, and satisfying.
A beautiful Argentinian red wine of international calibre—already entering its drinking maturity, yet with excellent ageing potential.
