Description
The classic Prosecco Glera grape + a shot of red wine for a wonderful colour! Together, these make the most exciting newcomer in the entire area: Prosecco Rosé.
In addition to the classic yellow fruit aromas, a great portion of red fruits, above all the beguiling strawberry aroma, ensure that you can't wait for the first sip. These prominent fruit flavours come from the special method with which this Prosecco is made. The must is quickly cooled to 0ºC and fermentation is carried out at 15ºC. As a result, typical grape aromas are retained and can be found in the wine. Great, fine perlage, grapes and red berries, with a very fresh and balanced acidity. A wonderful Prosecco, perfect as the weather gets warmer.
