Díaz Bayo Winery
Ribera del Duero
The Diaz Bayo family has been growing vines in the legendary village of Fuentelcesped in the trendy Spanish wine-growing region of Ribera del Duero for four generations. They produce unique wines from renowned Tempranillo grapes. Elegant wine made exclusively from single vineyards is the winery’s great trademark. No mainstream and no large flat vineyards; these wines grow up to 900 metres above sea level.
The wines impressed us a great deal: This is how Ribera del Duero should be.
