In the glass, the cuvée appears deep ruby red with a dense colour. Ripe dark fruit, peppery spice and delicate roasted aromas come through on the nose. These are joined by nutty notes reminiscent of walnut, adding further appeal. On the palate, this Rhône red is juicy, concentrated and full-bodied. At the same time, a pleasant freshness adds tension, so the wine never feels heavy despite its power. It is precisely this balance that makes it so compelling.

Twelve months of ageing in wooden barrels gives the wine structure, depth and elegant flavour without masking the fruit. Syrah contributes intensity, flavour and dark fruit, while Grenache brings charm, juiciness and warmth. Together, they create a wine with great expression and impressive balance.

This red wine pairs well with leg of lamb, duck breast or refined meat dishes with rich sauces. If you are looking for powerful wines with substance, but do not want to compromise on freshness and elegance, this is an excellent choice.
