In the glass, it presents a beautiful, dark red colour that sparkles with density. The nose reveals typical Syrah notes, featuring dark fruits like blackberries and cassis, complemented by smoky hints derived from the region's unique Fayance soil. This soil, characterized by high clay mineral content and low water permeability, forces the grapes to root deeply, absorbing mineral and earthy flavours that manifest as smoky nuances in the wine.

On the palate, the wine is dense and multi-layered, with remarkable freshness. Its moderate alcohol content enhances drinkability, while its rich complexity, fresh acidity, and long finish make it a standout.
