Château Jean Faux Sainte Radegonde 2021 Bordeaux Blanc Bio, 0,75 L

Hardly any other white Bordeaux shows so charmingly the elegance of this corner of the Entre-Deux-Mers. This cuvée of predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with Sémillon comes from the clay-limestone soils around Sainte-Radegonde, which lend the wine its clarity, tension, and fine aromatic precision. White Bordeaux is often underestimated, but this is one you simply can’t pass by without taking a bottle home.

On the nose, it offers juicy citrus, white blossoms, and ripe pear. On the palate, the 2021 vintage is especially fresh and direct, carried by lively acidity and cool minerality. Its texture is silky, the finish long and vibrant—a style that beautifully reflects the character of Bordeaux whites from this vintage.

Vinification is deliberately delicate: fermentation in cement and stainless steel, followed by several months on the fine lees in French oak barrels—only a small proportion of which are new. This lends complexity and depth without compromising freshness.
