Description
The renowned winery Markus Huber from the Traisental valley is perfectly in line with current trends with its latest product.
The new Bio Moments Rosé 2025 is a high-quality, fresh and dry wine that clearly shows why rosé is so popular today. It is made from Pinot Noir and Zweigelt grapes, directly pressed, matured dry in stainless steel tanks with 20% aged in wooden barrels, and bottled in a newly designed, elegant bottle. It has already been awarded 92 Falstaff points.
The wine presents a beautiful light salmon pink colour. On the palate, it offers a smooth and appealing mouthfeel, with flavours of bright fruits, ripe strawberries and delicate floral notes. Its crisp and fresh acidity stimulates the palate, while the finish is juicy, elegant and supported by a fine minerality.
It is ideal for the warm season, whether enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with salmon or a fresh summer salad.
