Mons de Reuch Muscaris 2023 Bio, 0,75 L

The Muscaris grape variety was developed as a fungus-resistant white grape, created from Solaris and Gelber Muskateller. While still planted on only a few hectares across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, it is steadily gaining popularity—thanks to its minimal need for chemical sprays.

David Warlits’ young organic winery spotted this trend early and planted Muscaris vines in central Burgenland. A classic steel tank fermentation preserves the purity, resulting in an excellent, juicy white wine that offers great value.

This extra dry wine is bright and clear, with a fragrant and flavorful profile. Aromas and flavours of elderflower, lemon, and meadow herbs come forward, supported by crisp acidity and a lively, refreshing finish.

A beautiful organic white wine that quickly wins over the palate and is sure to find many fans—whether enjoyed on its own or paired with Asian cuisine and fish.
