Description
A typical, fairly light Sauvignon Blanc from southern Styria with wonderful depth of fruit, a perfect reflection of the region.
In the glass, it is very elegant, clear, juicy, and a real pleasure to drink. Notes of gooseberries and elderflower are complemented by a delicate spiciness. The fine acidity provides excellent balance and support. Overall, it is quiet and delicate in style, dry, beautifully mature, with a medium-length finish that invites a second glass.
An excellent accompaniment to vegetarian dishes or spicy Asian cuisine, and a particularly enjoyable companion on warmer days.
