Ultimate Provence is a new project by winegrowers in Provence and has been creating a buzz for several years. Typical of the region, the grapes are grown specifically for rosé wine and pressed directly. This is not juice extracted from other red wines. Here, you get genuine wine for your money.
Light pink in the glass with copper reflections. Fragrant on the nose, with notes of ripe lemon, raspberry, and strawberry. Subtly spicy, floral, and fruity on the palate, with lively acidity thanks to its Syrah content. A fine balance between fruit and freshness. Not too light, but medium-bodied, with a round and harmonious finish.
