Description
Prosecco DOC is known all over the world but only as a white variant. After a revision of the production regulations, it is now also possible to produce a Prosecco DOC Rosé starting with the 2020 harvest. In this case, around 10-15% Pinot Noir is added to the Glera grape, which gives the wine a beautiful coppery pink colour.
This new rosé variety from the famous Prosecco producer "Villa Sandi" is a vintage Prosecco and comes in a uniquely shaped bottle. The vivid pink colour shimmers through the delicate perlage. Fruity flavours of light berries with a hint of roses. Elegant and stimulating on the nose and palate. The delicate sweetness of the extract (Brut - around 12g residual sugar) suits the sparkling wine very well. A refreshing experience that guarantees maximum enjoyment!
Ideal as an aperitif, for any special occasion or celebration or as an accompaniment to seafood or cheese.
