Description
A magnificent 2025 vintage Prosecco from the renowned Valdobbiadene. DOCG is the highest classification here, originating from a hilly region with limestone soils.
A highly versatile and appealing Superiore Prosecco that impressed us immediately. This wine is also among the winners in the latest Falstaff tasting, and deservedly so. The ‘Brut’ style, with around 9 g of residual sugar, suits this sparkling wine very well. Juicy, with fruity nuances. Very fine bubbles; on the palate, notes of orange zest, ripe apples and a touch of citrus. Balanced and harmonious, through to the lively finish.
Served well chilled, it is ideal as an aperitif or as a pleasant intermezzo between courses, and naturally as an accompaniment to food, for example with seafood or rice dishes. It also pairs surprisingly well with curries and Asian cuisine.
