An honest, clear, and elegant Blaufränkisch that perfectly reflects how well this variety thrives on the Leithaberg terroir. Light on its feet, with vibrant acidity and delicate flavours, this wine offers enjoyment without overwhelming the palate.
The bouquet reveals fine aromas of dark berries, complemented by subtle woody notes and hints of herbs. Warm and ripe on the palate, it glides smoothly and gracefully, clearly expressing its origins. Notes of ripe cherry and a mineral streak linger on the finish. As the wine breathes, its youthful edges soften, unveiling the classic Blaufränkisch character of spice and dark fruit.
A splendid example with the potential to age gracefully for another 10 years, yet already a delightful companion to a variety of dishes.
