An elegant, cool-climate red wine, made only from the finest berries, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and matured for one year in used oak barrels. Bottled without added sulphur, this wine is far from mainstream—unique, authentic, and marked by great depth.

In the glass, it shines a bright, lively ruby red, transparent and fresh. The nose reveals delicate aromas of strawberries and red berries, with subtle earthy and mineral undertones.
