The 2021 vintage showcases abundant dark fruit notes intertwined with hints of roasted flavours and coffee. It strikes a balance on the palate, offering tautness alongside a velvety texture that makes it highly drinkable. Notes of chocolate and caramel unfold prominently on the palate, while the acidity lends a refreshing quality and enhances its drinkability.

At nearly 15% alcohol content, it may seem daunting at first glance, but it is remarkably well-integrated and hardly perceptible.

This wine stands out visually and backs it up with convincing flavours. It pairs excellently with typical American BBQ or braised dishes and is particularly exciting with pizza.
