This wine is a true flagship for Garnatxa Blanca from Catalonia. In the glass, it displays a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, brilliant and clear. The nose is intense and expressive, revealing ripe fruit aromas complemented by delicate floral notes, such as Spanish broom. On the palate, it is fresh and juicy, with gentle warmth and a long, elegant finish.

The vines are cultivated as bush vines at around 400 metres altitude, where the climate ensures balanced ripeness. The wine is matured in small 1,000-litre stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve its aromatic freshness. The result is a wine that authentically reflects its origin, combining fullness, freshness, and elegance.

White wines from Catalonia are particularly exciting. While the region is often associated with powerful reds, it also produces fresh, lively whites that surprise with their vibrancy despite the warm climate. The Únic Garnatxa Blanca demonstrates this beautifully.
