De Stefani Pinot Grigio 2025 Venezia DOC, 0,75 L

Pinot Grigio is one of the best-known grape varieties in the world and is often considered a light, uncomplicated wine. However, this is only partly true. There are many inexpensive and rather average Pinot Grigio wines on the market, but when great care is taken, and the work in the vineyard and cellar is done by hand, it can deliver a true explosion of flavour.

The Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC from De Stefani is certainly one of those wines made with exceptional care.

The grapes for this wine are harvested carefully by hand, then gently pressed and traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks.

The wine has a light straw yellow colour and a delicate floral aroma. On the nose, fresh notes of white and citrus fruits are very inviting. It is dry, moderately light and well balanced. Its harmonious structure and crisp acidity give it a refreshing character and make you want to take another sip.

It is an excellent accompaniment to light dishes such as salads, antipasti, pasta or fish.
