Erwin Sabathi proves once more with this Sauvignon Blanc that he is one of the best winemakers in Austria. The Große STK Riede Pössnitzberg vineyard has a slope of up to 75% and has an impressive fine minerality.
The wine has at this point acquired a character worthy of cult status - after 24 months in large, traditional oak barrels, it is now gradually revealing its true greatness.
