With this wine, Gernot Heinrich once again demonstrates the unique appeal of natural wines. This cuvée serves as an introductory gateway into the world of natural wine, approachable yet authentic. For the Heinrichs, organic and biodynamic viticulture is a given.

What makes it special is its unadulterated, complex flavour profile—hence the name “Naked White.” The wine is unfiltered, bottled without added sulphur, and matured for about 12 months in large oak barrels. It consists of roughly 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Blanc, and a mix of other local white varieties from the eastern shores of Lake Neusiedl.

In the glass, it offers aromas of grassy freshness, herbs, yeast, and a touch of exotic fruit. Cloudy by nature, it delivers pure, unadulterated joy in every sip. Simply shake gently before opening and give it some air in the glass—and you’ll discover natural wine at its most honest and enjoyable.
