The Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) Grape Varietal

This internationally widespread varietal - incidentally the youngest member of the Burgundian grape family - has an elegant, often restrained bouquet and a mature acid structure. Pinot Blanc, as it is known internationally, is a mutation of Pinot Gris and has been recognised since the 14th century.
