Cantina Girlan Sauvignon Blanc Indra 2022 DOC

The vines for this wine grow on moraine soils, i.e. mineral scree deposits transported by glaciers, which also explains the mineral flavours of the wine very well.

Harvested by hand in small containers and gently processed, the wine is matured for 6 months in steel tanks on the fine lees.

Dark gold colour in the glass, very viscous. Typical blackcurrant and nettle on the nose, a hint of elderberry and a very clear mineral touch. Very well structured on the palate, powerful and ripe, with lots of blackcurrant with balanced acidity that gives the wine freshness.

Very nice, well-balanced Sauvignon that goes great with fish dishes and asparagus.
