Weingut Hofbauer-Schmidt

This traditional winery in the western part of the Weinviertel has been family-owned for generations and is lovingly run by Petra and Leopold with their four children. White wines such as Grüner Veltliner, Roter Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and the rare Grüner Sylvaner are grown on around 25 hectares. In the four lines "Light and Fruity", "Classic", "Single Location Wines" and "Old Vines and Reserves", fantastic wines are vinified. They shine through their purity and the fantastic price-benefit ratio.
