With the Alte Reben Silvia Heinrich Edition, Silvia has fulfilled a dream and created a new style of wine. These red wines are given the time they truly need to mature—and every bottle proudly bears Silvia’s signature on the label, setting them apart not only in taste but also in appearance from the rest of the Heinrich range.

The Pinot Noir and Syrah of the Silvia Heinrich Edition are marked by exceptional finesse, elegance, and stunning flavour. They come from old vines planted in the 1990s by Silvia’s parents in the finest vineyards of Deutschkreutz. Today, these vines are a true treasure: having adapted over decades to their natural environment, they yield small-berried grapes of greater richness, intensity, and refinement.

Every step in production reflects Silvia’s uncompromising standards: manual harvesting, strict selection despite low yields, and fermentation on the mash in small open vats. Both wines then mature for around four years in local oak barrels, crafted in the purist tradition of her grandparents. These wines are not just modern expressions of Blaufränkisch country—they are a tribute to Silvia’s ancestors, carrying forward heritage, authenticity, and timeless craftsmanship.
