Dry matured for 6 months in large, used wooden barrels. Bright golden green in the glass with brilliant clarity. Elegant and precise on the nose and palate. Notes of almonds and melon. Fine quince with a fresh fruity character. White chocolate on the juicy, crisp finish.

A wonderfully approachable white wine and a versatile companion with food. Especially enjoyable with roast pork, pumpkin and grilled freshwater fish.
