The renowned Champagne house Roederer has once again captivated connoisseurs with its new Collection 245!

The number 245 marks the 245th harvest of the estate, with the blend featuring 54% from the 2020 vintage. The reserve wines, carefully matured in French oak barrels, come from the exceptional vintages of 2013 through 2019 (as noted on the back label). The classic trio—Chardonnay (41%), Pinot Noir (33%), and Pinot Meunier (26%)—is masterfully blended across these years, creating a Brut with a refined dosage of 7g residual sugar that is truly distinctive.

What sets this Champagne apart is the subtle complexity imparted by ageing in oak barrels, lending it a delicate creaminess and remarkable elegance. This craftsmanship has not gone unnoticed: Decanter awarded 97 points, and James Suckling gave it 94 points—high praise, especially for a Champagne at this price level. And rightly so, in our opinion.

On the nose, expect a harmonious bouquet of yellow apples, ripe peaches, and gentle vanilla notes. The palate’s elegance is exceptional—finely sparkling, almost silky, each sip glides effortlessly like a perfectly sculpted masterpiece.
