The small Halser vineyard on the Leithaberg is a true enclave — a hidden gem where organic vines thrive in soils laced with pure limestone. Only the most pristine grapes are selected through meticulous hand-picking. Gently pressed, they are matured for 24 months in 300-litre oak barrels.
