A typical Wachau Riesling Ortswein in the Federspiel category, sourced from various vineyards around Dürnstein. As always, Martin Mittelbach’s wines impress with their clarity, minerality and impeccable balance. Bright yellow gold in the glass, the nose reveals fine aromas of spring flowers and mango. Delicately mineral, dry and juicy on the palate, with beautifully ripe fruit notes, balanced acidity and a sunny character that delights with every sip.
Perfect for the warmer months, whether paired with fish and Asian dishes or enjoyed on its own on the terrace. It can be cellared for a few more years, but who would want to wait with a wine this marvellous?
