Tony Bish is often referred to as the "The King of Chardonnay" in New Zealand. The creative winemaker has been producing exclusively Chardonnay in Hawkes's Bay since 2014. The winery is a pioneer in the use and production of egg-shaped fermentation barrels in the cellar, both French oak and concrete.
