Description
The white wine cuvee"ganz Zart" lives up to its name. With only 9.5% alcohol by volume, the wine is characterised by its lightness.
The cuvee consists of 70% Grüner Veltliner, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muscat. The grapes are harvested earlier and vinified dry with a delicate residual sweetness (only 5.3g/l). This results in a beautiful summer wine that impresses with juicy peach and surprising fullness.
