A historic, premium Prosecco from the renowned Col San Martino vineyard in Valdobbiadene—this is where Andreola's legacy began, and it remains a quintessential representation of the winery's excellence.

The grapes flourish across four hectares of the steepest slopes, situated at an altitude of 300 to 500 meters within the heart of the "Rive di Col San Martino" designation of origin. These vineyards are home to Glera vines, some over 100 years old, alongside indigenous varieties such as Bianchetta, Perera, and Verdiso. The challenging calcareous soils demand intensive manual labour to nurture these prized vines.

To capture the purest expression of the soil, terroir, and ancient vines, this sparkling wine is crafted in an extra dry style, free of added sugar (dosage). Known in the trade as Brut Nature, it embodies a balance of authenticity and sophistication.

The result is a sparkling wine of remarkable character, offering a complex yet harmonious flavour profile. It boasts a full-bodied structure with vibrant tension, all while maintaining finesse and elegance. The aromas of peach and white flowers are complemented by subtle green apple notes. A lively minerality and a delicate hint of salt grace the wine's long, intricate finish.
