The vines of the Domaine des Marronniers are situated in the Butteaux area within the Montmains Premier Cru. According to the producer, the wine is traditionally vinified using the natural yeast flora. It is then aged for 15 months on the lees in stainless-steel tanks, gaining body without losing its distinct Chablis character.
