This marvellous, aromatic Chardonnay from the large “Heideboden” vineyard on Lake Neusiedl is highly fruity. It is matured in old, restored, large wooden barrels, allowing the wine to develop and breathe. The flavours in the glass range from elderberry and banana to exotic fruits. These are complemented by typical Chardonnay notes such as almonds and fresh orange on the finish. The acidity is well integrated, lively and balanced, inviting another sip.
