Description

One of Austrian's best and highest quality vintage sparkling wines, limited to 1,200 bottles and only available in the best years. The Brut Nature does not require any additional dosage (added sweet wine) and was produced using traditional bottle fermentation. After selective hand-picking, the grapes were gently pressed and matured in the bottle for almost 30 months.

We were impressed by the beautiful, star-like presentation and the fine, elegant taste:

Fine mousseux (perlage) on the palate, then a true explosion of aromas, powerful pressure, perfect balance of sweetness and acidity with a long, exotic fresh finish. It demands a second sip.

One inevitably thinks of the proverbial twinkling stars in the night sky - fascinating and endlessly shining.
