After about ten months on the fine lees in large wooden barrels, this Veltliner has developed impressive harmony and complexity.

On the nose, it offers ripe yellow apple, pear, a touch of apricot, and the characteristic herbal spice of a fine Grüner Veltliner. Subtle notes of tobacco and a gentle nuttiness reflect the wine’s maturity. On the palate, it is dense, juicy, and highly precise. Its minerality is focused and saline, while the fruit remains beautifully integrated.
