Rotgipfler is a rare white grape variety, a natural cross between Traminer and Roter Veltliner. With only around 120 hectares under cultivation, it is grown almost exclusively in the Thermenregion south of Vienna.

This organic example was classically matured in stainless steel to highlight its fruit-driven character. In the glass, it shines a clear golden yellow. On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, and fruity, with notes of melon, peach, and a delicate hint of almond. Subtle acidity and a creamy texture create both liveliness and structure, giving the wine a firm yet flowing style.
