Description
This is exactly how a classic Sauvignon Blanc from the Styrian volcanic region should taste. The craftsmanship of top winemaker Josef Scharl is evident in every sip.
A dry white wine that impresses with abundant fruit and juicy drinking pleasure. It shows a bright, shiny green gold colour in the glass. The nose and palate are dominated by exotic fruits such as mango, along with notes of papaya and yellow pear. The wine is taut, with crisp acidity and an incredibly lively character. Subtle spice and light redcurrant notes appear on the pleasant finish.
It is an excellent choice to enjoy on its own, and it also pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine or savoury pasta dishes.
