Description
Southern Styria is renowned for Sauvignon Blanc, and this regional wine shows exactly why the variety enjoys such popularity. The grapes are sourced from various sites across the region, offering a representative cross-section of Styrian terroir.
Vinified classically in steel tanks and aged for four months on the fine lees, the wine displays striking freshness and clarity of structure. On the nose and palate, it is very dry, marked by a vibrant interplay of green peppers, juicy passion fruit, and herbal notes. With its taut acidity, lean body, and lively character, it remains highly drinkable right to the last sip.
A varietal all-rounder from a top Styrian estate—pure, uncomplicated, and simply a joy to drink.
