Description
One rarely comes across rosé wines like this in Italy. The renowned Pasqua winery uses modern techniques to create a fresh and highly approachable rosé that is also visually striking.
The native grape varieties of Veneto, including Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah and Carménère, remain on the skins for 11 minutes, which gives the wine its name, before being matured in stainless steel tanks. The result is a rosé with a delicate salmon pink colour.
Fruity, with low residual sugar and gentle acidity, this wine is easy to enjoy from the very first sip. Intense aromas of strawberries, roses and violets stand out on the nose. A subtle hint of spice carries through to the long, harmonious finish.
Ideal for spring and summer, as an aperitif or served with light salads and starters.
