Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosè 2024 Magnum

You rarely find rosé wines like this in Italy! The famous Pasqua winery uses state-of-the-art methods to press a fresh and very accessible rosé wine that also cuts a fine figure visually.

The local varieties around Lake Garda, such as Corvina, Trebbiano di Luggana, Syrah and Carménère, are left on the grape skins for 11 minutes (hence the name) and matured in steel tanks. This results in a light, salmon-pink colo ured rosé wine.

Fruity with 6g of residual sugar and a rather subtle acidity, you will quickly become a fan. Intense aromas of strawberries, roses and violets. A delicate spiciness accompanies the wine into the long, harmonious finish.

Perfect for spring and summer, as an aperitif or with light summer salads and starters.
