Harvested from different vineyards, it is matured in stainless steel tanks and ready to be enjoyed at any time. The nose reveals subtle aromas of gooseberries, along with juicy, elegant notes of peach and a hint of paprika. The crisp acidity adds a lively touch and perfectly expresses the region. The finish is fresh and very dry, with a delicate note of blossom honey.
A pure and refreshing choice for summer, and an excellent companion to light starters and salads.
