Description
This is exactly how a classic Sauvignon Blanc from Southern Styria should taste. The DNA of the Polz family.
Harvested from different vineyards, matured in steel tanks, and ready to be enjoyed at any time. The nose is defined by a subtle aroma of gooseberries, a juicy and elegant note of peach, and a hint of paprika. The crisp acidity is lively and perfectly reflects the region. The finish is fresh, very dry, and complemented by a delicate touch of blossom honey. A splendid example.
A clean and vibrant choice for summer, and an excellent accompaniment to light starters and salads.
